As a certified leadership coach, yoga instructor and mountaineer, Isabel works with leaders, teams and individuals in navigating challenge and change, with strength and resilience. She is passionate about creating experiences that enhance health and happiness, inspired by nature. Her workshops and programs foster a sense of well-being and self-leadership by integrating head, heart and body.
Isabel has been exploring wild places and high peaks on foot and skis for three decades, including nearly two decades with search and rescue. With a background in education and resource management, she also brings two decades of leadership, teaching and consulting experience in the health, education and sustainability sectors.
Guided by an overall (surprise) theme, we will explore nature’s beauty and the four elements. We will be delighted by experiencing our surroundings with all our senses (like a babbling brook, the sweet scent of flowers or the soft texture of moss). We will discover the magic of small things and slowing down. This includes mindful and playful movement as well as reflection and sharing, individually and together. You will leave feeling grounded, refreshed and re-energized!
What to bring: Comfortable shoes, clothing for weather, water bottle.
