We're celebrating Canadian Multiculturalism Day with a free, family-friendly outdoor event. Come on out for film screenings, live performances, artisan market, food trucks, a beer garden, and fun activities for the whole family.
Enjoy a fresh brew from R&B Brewing in the beer garden and grab a snack from a food truck, then kick back for mountain films and live shows. Children welcome, both human and canine.

Meals, snacks, and nibbles from some favourite local food trucks will be on offer all day. Bring your appetite!
Get in some laps on the Climb Base5 freestanding climbing wall, overlooking the ocean and all the action of the Shipyards. No registration needed but closed toe shoes are required.

Take a stroll down St. Roch Dock to browse artwork, baked goods, and high quality wellness and home products from local creators and designers.
Our community partners booths will be set up all around the Shipyards with activities, games, and prizes. Learn about local businesses and connect with our outdoor community.

When we asked you to hang out, we meant it literally. Hop on the hangboard, courtesy of The Hive and compete with your friends for prizes and bragging rights.

The hike is by donation with proceeds going to Girl In The Wild. After the hike, you’ll get a free drink ticket for the beer garden!

Hit the trails with Essential Cycles and Color the Trails! This group ride is for everyone and all skill levels with beginner, intermediate, and advanced routes. Peter White comes from the Yaqan Nukiy tribe (Creston, BC) which is a part of the Ktunaxa Nation (Kootenay.) He is an Indigenous cultural educator and Men’s Traditional Dancer.
Mexican Dance Ensemble
The Mexican Dance Ensemble of Vancouver (MDE) is a vibrant community of dancers celebrating Mexican culture through folkloric dance. Founded in 2013, MDE brings passion and tradition to Vancouver's dance scene with performances and classes for all levels.
Frank the Scatman (Denis Clement)
With his lively energy and passion for music, Frank the Scatman (Denis) is set to play a host of acoustic covers and originals that are sure to get you singing, laughing, and dancing all afternoon.
What started as a fun way to get biker Steve Vanderhoek back out after an injury in 2022, quickly turned into a passion project for this husband and wife team.
Avi is an adventurer, community builder, and photographer. He founded the LFG Adventure social club and has collaborated with tourism boards and local outdoor brands to promote inclusive representation in outdoor activities. Avi is also the Managing Director of QuestCoast Studios, one of Vancouver’s largest and newest film production companies aimed at empowering storytellers.

Kaylan has been a lot of things: a concert flutist, a Shakespearean actress, an Antarctic expedition leader, but she is, above all, a storyteller. With her Squamish-based company, Aspect Media, she uses photos, films, and design to create personality-driven content for people and businesses with a story to tell.
