Ride to Ride

A gravel bike with a splitboard strapped to it and camping gear packed in the bags — complete freedom to explore, letting nature dictate the pace and shape the journey. That was Henna Palosaari’s and Karen Ekman’s plan when they set out to explore a familiar area from a new perspective and see how that would change the experience.

“Ride to Ride” documents their 10-day journey through the Sunnmøre Alps on Norway’s west coast — a trip that made them invent a word suffer-buffer, allowed them to see what happens when physical exhaustion quiets the mind and experience the joy of spending 10-days riding and camping in the mountains.
