Dirt and Determination – a short film capturing the true essence of mountain bike freeriding the desert in Virgin UT featuring renowned BMX and MTB rider Kurtis Downs.
This short film is about the grit, and support from friends and family that fuels riders to flock to the desert. Showcasing all the good vibes and hard work put in to enjoy the ride.
The inspiration behind this video was to showcase how I view the desert. Nothing better than camping out with good friends! Having cookouts while sharing stories and laughs. Helping push one another to set out and accomplish goals while having the best times
Originally from Chattanooga, TN, Kidron has spent the last 10 years honing his craft in MMA cinematography. His lifelong interest in activities like cliff jumping, skiing, parkour, and skating motivates his passion for capturing extreme sports as passion projects today.
A graduate of Harding University in 2015, Kidron eventually made his way to Las Vegas, where he has spent the last 3 years as a cinematographer for the UFC, bringing his unique vision and expertise to the forefront of sports filmmaking.
