Forward is a documentary that celebrates the power of adaptive adventure through the story of Clay March — born 45 days before his triplet siblings and living with cerebral palsy. Shaped by their “super-mom” Joanne, Clay and his brother Tanner were raised to believe that disability should never limit experience.
Now, the brothers are pushing into their biggest pursuits yet — big-wave surfing and backcountry skiing — turning a lifelong mindset into real-time action. Along the way, they’re joined by a vibrant cast of world-class adaptive athletes set out to defy expectations and redefine what inclusion in the outdoors truly means.
Filmed against the awe-inspiring landscapes of the Pacific Northwest and British Columbia, Forward evolves from a personal mission into something larger: a call to reimagine adventure — not as something reserved for the few, but as a shared experience that thrives on accessibility, creativity, and the belief that outdoor exploration is for everyone, regardless of ability.
