This film follows Connor Emeny, a Canadian endurance athlete who, at just 26, became the youngest person to complete an Ironman Triathlon on six continents. But one frontier remained, which was the coldest, harshest, most unforgiving place on Earth: Antarctica.
Connor set his sights on a goal no one had ever achieved: completing an Ironman-distance triathlon on all seven continents.
This story isn’t defined by the miles he covered, it’s defined by the inner terrain he had to cross. It’s a journey about daring to dream beyond reason, stepping into conditions meant to break a person, and witnessing the quiet internal unravelling that occurs at the edge of human possibility.
