Justin Manabat is a filmmaker and Co-Founder of Tenfold Production based in Toronto, Canada. His work with brands such as On Running, Brooks Running, and Lululemon reflects his focus on movement, endurance, and community. He has been documenting the Escape crew for five years across the world, and this film marks his most ambitious project with them yet.
Larissa Parekh holds a Master of Science in Capacity Development specializing in International Development from the University of Guelph. Her academic research in community development and social capital informed the documentary’s exploration of how identity is shaped through relationships and collective experiences. Larissa led the film’s narrative structure, weaving Quinton’s personal journey into the world of ultra running and Escape’s broader mission of community empowerment and social impact.
