Lysanne Richard is one of the world’s best competitive high divers but the 39 year-old Canadian mother of three is ready to start focusing on personal projects of her own. First on her list is a 22 meter high dive in the dead of winter, over a frozen lake, a feat that has never been done. But will it be enough? Or will she try to make the challenge even more difficult? Watch as she continuously tries to push the limit further and explore her reasons why.

Alexa Fay is a filmmaker based in Montreal, Quebec. She has always had an interest in storytelling and was immediately drawn to film, finding her earliest work opportunities in editing and pre-production. Not feeling creatively satisfied, she left the film industry, discovered rock climbing, became instantly hooked and started a career in photography and marketing with a focus on adventure sports. Now, with a solid team around her and experience with adventure sports content under her belt, she is coming back into the film industry in a more creative role.
