Born in Kolkata, India, JoJo has since hopped and skipped his way through his home country, Canada, Indonesia, the United States, and Saudi Arabia. A firm believer that walls are meant for climbing, instead of keeping people apart, JoJo is energized by his role with Mountain Mentors as a place to create spaces where people feel welcomed, supported, and equipped to learn and shape their own experiences. He currently resides in Squamish, raising a puppy, and planning the next adventure into the vertical.

Judith Kasiama
Activist in terms of diversity and inclusion in the outdoors, Refugee from the Democratic Republic of the Congo, new Canadian citizen, hiker, skier, trail-runner, but most of all a human being who loves being free in nature.
Judith plays a key role in raising awareness for cultural change, focusing on diversity and equity in the outdoors. Her accomplishment, through her journey, would be to have at least one person who sees her doing these sports and have them be inspired to break the stigma in terms of who is in the outdoors.
Bringing together people of different race or ability, Judith is the founder of Colour the Trails.
